Job Description: Industrial Cybersecurity Specialist - Remote

We are looking for a professional responsible for cybersecurity in OT/ICS environments, with certifications in the ISA/IEC 62443 series and technical experience in designing, risk assessing, and maintaining secure industrial systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the OT cybersecurity program according to ISA/IEC 62443.
• Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation measures in industrial systems.
• Design secure architectures (zones & conduits) and requirements for suppliers.
• Supervise the maintenance, hardening, and secure updating of OT systems.
• Participate in incident management and coordination with SOC/CSIRT.
• Train operational teams in good industrial security practices.

Requirements

• Experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, industrial networks, and protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, etc.).
• Knowledge of OT tools and controls (IDS/IPS, industrial firewalls, segmentation).
• Ability to work with engineering and maintenance teams.
• Technical education (engineering, IT, telecommunications, or similar).
• Certifications - a minimum of 3 certifications are required:
• ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist
• ISA/IEC 62443 Risk Assessment Specialist
• ISA/IEC 62443 Design Specialist
• ISA/IEC 62443 Maintenance Specialist
• ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert
• Residence in Spain is mandatory.
