Job Overview

The Cybersecurity Advisor - Network/SASE/OT role is a remote position that can be based near Seattle, Portland, Boise, Phoenix, or Denver. As a trusted partner to Optiv's clients, the Senior Cybersecurity Advisor combines business and security expertise to design security solutions using advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the generation of services and technologies business to meet or exceed quarterly and annual quota objectives
• Maintain advanced knowledge of clients' security environments, business operations, and risk appetite
• Identify security concerns and correlate them to Optiv's strategic solutions
• Participate in sales opportunities across Optiv's entire portfolio
• Articulate how Optiv's technology and services meet clients' specific needs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and maintain a broad understanding of the security landscape

Requirements

• BS/BA or equivalent and applicable work experience
• Minimum of 8 years in an information security role, preferably as a consulting advisor, architect, or engineer focused on Network/SASE/OT
• Strong business and technical acumen
• Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills
• Vendor-specific certification(s) and professional cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, GIAC, CISA, CISM, CCSP)
