Introduction

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist / CISO – AI Security Trainer to join our team on a freelance basis. This role is remote and based in the EU or UK, requiring 8–20 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities

Your role will be practical and high-impact, involving:

• Review and refine AI-generated responses related to cybersecurity, risk, and security architecture
• Evaluate AI outputs for technical accuracy, threat realism, and alignment with security best practices
• Draft complex security scenarios
• Create variations of the same scenario from different perspectives
• Design challenging cases that expose weaknesses in threat modeling, risk prioritisation, attack surface analysis, or mitigation strategy

Role Overview

In simple terms, you will assess and improve answers generated by AI systems to ensure they reflect real-world security judgment. This is not penetration testing or operational security work, but rather improving AI systems used at scale.

Ideal Candidate

You are:

• A cybersecurity specialist, security architect, Head of Security, or current/former CISO
• Based in the EU or UK
• With 7+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, including exposure to strategic security decision-making
• Experienced in areas such as cloud security, enterprise security architecture, incident response, threat intelligence, governance/risk/compliance, or security operations
• Comfortable identifying flawed threat assumptions, weak mitigation logic, and unrealistic incident response strategies
• Available 8–20 hours per week
• Able to start in the coming weeks
