Job Description

The Principal Platform Consultant, Cyber Resiliency is a senior technology leader responsible for defining and driving the enterprise’s architectural and engineering strategy for its multi-layered recovery solution. Direction will come directly from the Chief Information Security Officer. This role leads a team of three Solution Architects and partners extensively across Allstate Technology Solutions (ATS), Enterprise Risk & Return Management (ERRM), and second-line governance teams, including those shaping the build pipeline through the Business Priority Index (BPI) process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise cyber resiliency architecture frameworks, patterns, and standards for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Lead a team of Solution Architects to design and deliver resilient platform solutions

This Cyber Resiliency leader brings deep solution architecture expertise, a proven record of delivery, and strong cross-functional partnership abilities. This leadership role ensures the organization can rapidly recover essential business processes and platforms from material event disruptions by embedding resiliency into design, delivery, governance, and prioritization practices and building standalone systems for hard failover events.
