Group Product Manager, GRC Workflows

GRC is at an inflection point. Security and compliance programs have historically run on manual processes, spreadsheet workflows, and a lot of human judgment applied to repetitive decisions. That's changing, and Vanta is driving much of that change.

Role Description

As a Group Product Manager on our team, you'll own product areas at the center of how customers actually run their security and compliance programs day to day. These are the surfaces every Vanta customer touches and where AI can do the most to change how compliance work actually gets done.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and outcomes across your product group — these areas directly drive customer retention, expansion, and competitive differentiation
• Lead and develop a team of PMs, coaching them on strategy, execution, and stakeholder management while building the team to keep pace with Vanta's growth
• Define and execute product strategies that drive measurable business outcomes, including customer retention, expansion, and competitive differentiation
• Expand the serviceable addressable market for your product areas by evolving capabilities and identifying new strategic opportunities
• Drive business strategy that accelerates growth and positions Vanta to win in the GRC and security markets
• Champion an AI-first approach across your product areas, identifying opportunities to leverage AI for competitive advantage and ensuring strategies align
